The Allclean 12 Step Process To The Cleanest, Healthiest Carpets You’ve Ever Seen

Step 1: Pre-Inspection
We will inspect your areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.

Step 2: Commercial Pre-vacuum
Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with our special Industrial Vacuum to remove dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.

Step 3: Furniture Moving
Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure. The furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.

Step 4: Pre-Spray & Pre-spot
The carpet is "pre sprayed" with special cleaning agents specifically designed for your particular carpet & soil condition. The PRE SPRAYs we use are green clean certified and are 100% biodegradable, soap free, odour free, and ALL NATURAL ! They loosen up the soil to make rinsing more effective. Whether your carpet is wool, synthetic, berber, or cut pile our technicians will be using products designed for that carpet.

Step 5: Pre-Groom
The "pre-spray" is then worked into the fiber using either a hand rake or a rotary scrubber depending on what the technician feels is needed to do the best job.

Step 6: Rinse and Extract
Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process or portable equipment will thoroughly rinse the carpet. This step sanitizes & deodourizes the carpet. Water pressure is regulated so that carpet is not over wet - depending on thickness & depth of carpet pile.

Step 7: Neutralizer
Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so there is no sticky residue left behind. This treatment is applied as a rinse through the machine or is applied after rinsing depending on soil conditions.

Step 8: Post Spot Treatment
If any spots or marks are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed - we have written procedures for every situation.

Step 9: Speed Dry
Turbo Dryer fans are placed on the carpet to speed dry the carpet as we clean. If you choose our Quick Dry service we will leave a Turbo Dryer behind for each room we clean and return to pick them up after the carpet has dried thoroughly.

Step 10: Post Grooming
The carpet pile is set in one direction (using a carpet rake) for faster drying and more visual appeal.

Step 11: Post Cleaning Inspection
The technician will inspect each area cleaned to insure proper cleaning was performed, and wipe down any skirting boards etc..

Step 12: Customer Satisfaction
Were not happy unless your happy! So the technician will ask you to do a walk through of all the cleaned areas to insure ALL your cleaning needs were addressed to YOUR SATISFACTION !
