Full Immersion Wash
Not just a surface clean...
Once dye testing shows that the dyes are stable we wash your rug in our rug pit, using cold water and mild ph shampoos. Mild aggitation is then applied, using soft brushes. This system of washing is the safest and most effective way to clean your rug, as it doesn't rely on using hot water or steam (which cleaners use in your home), in line with woolsafe guidelines, or any harsh alkaline chemicals. Full water immersion also means your rug is cleaned all the way through to the backing and the fringes are thoroughly cleaned. We do not just give your rug a surface clean using extraction machines designed for wall-to-wall carpet cleaning.
