The next step in the process is very important. We need to rinse your rug thoroughly and remove as much water as possible before drying.
Why rugs must be rinsed properly..
After a full immersion wash your rug requires rinsing with clean fresh water. This is done by using our water injection system. Without a thorough rinsing process, your rug will retain emulsified soil and shampoo in its fibres. This will leave a sticky residue which will cause rapid resoiling of your rug once dry.
Once your rug is rinsed using our water injection system, we go over your rug with a powerfull extraction machine, which extracts excess moisture from your rug.
A rug which is left soaking wet for too long can develop a whole range of problems such as shrinkage, distortion, browning, and dye migration to fringes. At the end of our rinsing process your rug is left only slightly damp to the touch.
